Thankfully the things you mentioned have already been resolved with Ali2. Well, except the contact form...that's staying. Moveover, I was merely trying to convey experiences using a site; unfortunately it happened to be 9rules. To be clear, I think 9rules is a good site, and for the most part the experience is spot on. We are in the process of working on Ali2 (the next phase of the site) and although we fix things on the current site as we come across them it's a balancing act to work on the new site and fix the errors on the current one.
